Mind-Body SkillsDetails for next Adult Session | Teen Session Mind-Body Skills is an integrative, experiential program adapted from the Mind-Body Medicine groups run at Georgetown University Medical School to help doctors-in-training cope with stress, and learn how to help their future patients. People of all ages benefit from learning these proven techniques and developing personal strategies for understanding and managing stress. These two-hour sessions run for seven consecutive weeks. There are groups for adults, also for adolescents. See Adult Session or Teen Session to view some of the subjects taught in this invaluable training.
